The proposed Tenet Veterans Village will entail the construction of
twelve new buildings with 35 total units. The proposed two-, three and
four-bedroom units will have a preference for veterans with families. The development will consist of six buildings with four units each and six buildings with two-units each. The buildings will have two stories, with brick exteriors and pitched roofs. The development will be appropriate for the surrounding neighborhood and the intended
tenant base.

Unit amenities for Tenet Veterans Village will include window treatments, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, central air conditioning, and a porch or patio. The apartments in the four-unit buildings will have in-unit washer-dryers, while the two-unit
buildings will have a laundry room in the basement. Flooring will be vinyl tile in the living areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths. Two- and three-bedroom units will have 1.5 baths, while four-bedrooms will have two full baths.
