PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Windmill Manor is a $22-million total development cost new construction project including 85,000 square feet and an 80-unit LIHTC independent living facility. The senior project consisted of an “L shaped,” low-rise property with three stories and an elevator on a six-acre site. The building has 14,000 square feet of commercial space, a workout room, media and game room, library storage, dining and common kitchens. The senior service provider offers case management, senior service coordination and supportive living services. The building also includes solar roof powering systems and is Enterprise Green certified.

$22.0-million TDC: $4.5 million permanent debt, $17 million LIHTC and $500,000 DDF
