Mr. Tritsis is a seasoned building industry professional with over 25 years and $4.4 billion worth of comprehensive real estate development experience. Utilizing his expertise, he provides skillful direction for areas including, but not limited to, pre and post due diligence, complete project management, finance, design, legal review, construction management, cost controls and construction. Mr. Tritsis has worked on a wide range of projects ranging from Mixed Use, Mixed Income, Multi-family, Senior housing, Office, Retail, Industrial, Parking Structures, and Hotel.
Mr. Tritsis has also served in key positions with other organizations including: Principal for the Development Advisory Service team of international firm consulting division, Owner of Design and Construction based Chicago firm, Vice President of Real Estate for a regional social services company, Technical Services Manager and Project Manager for a boutique a national project management company, Construction Manager-Asset Manager-Associate Director for GE Capital Real Estate, and Associate at national architecture firm (currently Cannon Design).

Mr. Tritsis has worked on several high profile projects, such as, the 200 Squared Mixed Use High Rise, The Modern Wing to the Art Institute, The Proposed Children Museum (Grant Park), Concord on Sheridan (mixed income, mixed use) and the Hyatt Regency Renovation (West Tower). He worked with governmental groups that have ranged from City of Chicago, Illinois Housing Development Authority, Federal Home Loan Bank, Cook County and HUD to non for profits. He has experience with affordable housing developments that have funds derived from federal, state and local governments sources, as well as, project that have traditional forms of debt.
Mr. Tritsis educational background :
- Master of Real Estate Law from John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois (Honors College), and
- Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business, from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and
- Bachelor of Architecture with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
He lives with his wife and three children in Wilmette, Illinois.
